    What is Mindfulness?

    On Thursday mornings at the Awareness Centre, if you peeked into the main studio you would discover an oasis of calm in a hectic world. For eight weeks, participants come together to learn the practice of mindfulness. Some are here to build skills to help with anxiety or depression; others to improve their general wellbeing.
