Multilingual Counselling

The Awareness Centre provides a multilingual counselling, psychotherapy, psychology and psychosexual and relationship therapy service. We work with individuals, couples, families and groups. Our therapists offer face to face and Skype sessions.

Based on the client’s personal preference and income status, our therapists provide NHS, Low Cost and Private Therapy. They offer a safe and confidential space so you can explore your issues with warmth, empathy, acceptance and respect.

Therapy is not about giving advice or telling you what to do. It is about listening to you without judgement, enabling you to explore your thoughts and feelings. It is about helping you gain new perspectives about yourself and support you in resolving your difficulties as well as helping you find new ways of coping with a greater sense of control and choice in your life. Our Counsellors appreciate and respect difference and diversity in culture, age, ethnicity, race, gender, sexuality, physical ability and spirituality.

What people say

I have suffered from depression and anxiety attacks for many years. I began seeing Pinar about 18 months ago and talking therapy has been extremely helpful. I have found her practice to be caring and very professional. For me the process has been sometimes subtle and sometimes hard but I have definitely experienced progress and improvement, interspersed with moments of joyful breakthroughs. I feel much better equipped to deal with my condition and have a better feeling of awareness as a result…
