Working in Private Practice at The Awareness Centre
Private Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Psychologists and Psychosexual & Relationship Therapists
The Awareness Centre (TAC) would like to hear from counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists and psychosexual & relationship therapists who would like to set up or develop their private practice at one of our centres in Clapham SW4 or Tooting SW17.
We are a busy therapeutic community that fields dozens of enquiries every day from potential clients. We operate a referral system where we can refer clients into your private practice at The Awareness Centre in Clapham or Tooting, or to your consulting rooms at other venues in London. It’s an effective way to grow your client base quickly and professionally.
Once you join us we add your profile and photo to our website, where potential clients can browse your details. Our Practice Manager offers ongoing support and assistance to all of our private practitioners. We provide a full-time reception team at our Clapham and Tooting centres to manage bookings and your diary.
Our team of therapists currently work with individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents. We are also interested in therapists who work using an additional language other than English to support our Multilingual Counselling Service, therapists to work with our LGBT clientele, and who can work within our Addiction, Anger Management, Bereavement, Child and Adolescent, Couples, Eating Disorders and Sex and Relationship Counselling services.
The Awareness Centre in Clapham offers a suite of 10 contemporary, refurbished consulting rooms. To take a look at our therapy rooms in Clapham, click here. Our Tooting branch will open in January 2018, with 7 freshly refurbished rooms to rent.
