Karina Nemcova - NHS Lambeth Team Leader

Karina Nemcova is a BACP and UKCP registered Psychotherapist and HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist. She has been supporting supporting adults experiencing mental health difficulties in charities, the private sector and within the NHS since 2011. She works as a psychotherapist with individuals and couples and offers therapy in English and Polish.

Karina has extensive experience of working with people experiencing severe mental conditions which deepened her understanding of human nature and the ability to creatively adapt to extreme environments. She works with people experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety but also with people interested in their personal development and meaning in life. Karina is particularly interested in people’s everlasting talent to grow through human contact and healthy relationships.

Karina leads our team of around 25 counsellors working in surgeries in the boroughs of Clapham, Kennington, Waterloo and Stockwell. She has a busy private practice in London and she is dedicated to ongoing personal and professional development which continuously enriches her professional skills.
