Meditation Workshop: Deepening Connection Through Silence And Love

Whether you are wanting to learn how to meditate or to deepen your meditation practice, this workshop with focus, sound and silence will share meditation techniques to increase your well-being and your alignment with your true self.

The workshop includes two, forty five minute meditations, one of which is silent and one featuring relaxing music and a visualisation focused on cultivating love.

Tracy Friend is a leading authority on the Law of Attraction whose profound yet practical teachings have touched the lives of thousands across the UK and US.  She is co-founder of the Law of Attraction Centre, the largest community of ‘Living the Law of Attraction’ in Europe.

Tracy’s ventures also include the creation of Meditation 101 Live™, a daily online meditation, and producing Law of Attraction visualisations. In Tracy’s one to one coaching practice she has helped people in the fields of health, wellbeing and relationships.
