Amy Launder - Visiting Diploma Tutor

Amy Launder is a visiting tutor for the TAC Diploma in Integrative Counselling. She a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Psychological Coach working in private practice in south west London and the Director of Smart Therapy Ltd.

Amy has an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the University of Leeds, a graduate certificate in Counselling Psychology from City University, and a Psychology BSc from the University of Nottingham. She has previously worked with The Awareness Centre in their NHS Counselling Service as a Team Leader, working closely with the placement therapists to support them through their time within the NHS Service. Through this role, Amy was able to coach therapists through the nerves and trepidations they felt when seeing their first clients, support them in overcoming any stumbling blocks and hear their excitement upon qualifying and moving onto the next stage in their journey.

Amy delivers our Preparing for Private Practice module. She is passionate about working with counsellors to build the careers they desire.
