Andrea is warm, genuine and relationship driven working in a way that enables her clients to develop insights into their own growth and development by helping her clients clarify their therapeutic goals. Andrea understands that a trusting relationship is key to working collaboratively with clients to explore past relationships and desired changes for the future. Andrea believes in the value of honesty by creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment where you can talk freely and openly about your experience, this is the core of her approach. Andrea aims with truth and integrity to explore the difficulties and challenges you are experiencing in your life.

Drawing on a range of theories including Person centred, Psychodynamic and CBT. Andrea’s sessions are tailored to best suit her client’s needs with a goal-oriented vision of the future, offering support to determine the skills and resources within self to achieve that vision successfully. Andrea understands how past events can affect her clients’ daily lives and works with clients to identify a primary focus helping to make sense of difficulties in the context of the client’s life right now. This means Andrea places an importance in exploring the root cause of emotional pain whilst working to find a way forward that is forward for you.
