Building a safe and open environment is Bhasvini’s priority. As an integrative therapist, she draws from different approaches to offer you the perfect fit for your journey. Her commitment to growth extends beyond the session room, as I actively pursue my master’s in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors: Imagine your thoughts as a movie projector, showing you a story about the world. Sometimes, this story can be negative and make you feel bad. CBT helps you identify these unhelpful stories and rewrite them in a more positive and realistic way.

Being born and brought up in Singapore she is a third culture therapist. Her exposure to diverse viewpoints fosters a broad understanding of human experiences and challenges. Hence Bhasvini approach is not just use one recipe; she will mix and match techniques from different schools of therapy, like cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, or mindfulness, to create a custom-made meal for each client’s unique needs and preferences. She also accustomed to adhusting to new situations and perspective which will allow an adaptable to client needs and therapeutic approaches.

She has previously worked within TAC NHS sector. She also currently working in Change Grow Live (CGL) for alcohol related issues and Controlling Chemsex for any issues in regard to Chemsex.
