Chantelle Studman offers a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for clients to express and explore challenging thoughts, emotions and behaviours with empathetic understanding, warmth and compassion. She is able to facilitate and support clients through the processing of difficult feelings and everyday life challenges to help find a sense of clarity and calm. Chantelle helps clients gain a deeper understanding of personal authenticity, self-knowledge and self-awareness which can help on their journey towards inner change, growth and development. Chantelle uses an integrative approach which means she combines different elements of various therapies, tailoring each session to the unique needs of an individual to promote their mental wellbeing in a way which is best suited to them.

With a background in Sound therapy and mindfulness at a recovery house for young women overcoming drug and alcohol addiction, Chantelle has an interest and experience in providing a grounded space to manage stress, trauma and sustained recovery through the exploration of healthier patterns of thought and behaviour during extremely challenging periods of life.

Chantelle is currently working towards a diploma in integrative counselling. She is registered with the BACP and works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS counselling service in Wandsworth.
