Ewelina is a warm and empathetic Integrative Counsellor. Her aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel truly heard and supported in exploring challenging emotions. Ewelina draws on a range of approaches, including Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Solution Focused Therapy, to support her clients unravel uncomfortable feelings and chaotic thoughts. She works with clients collaboratively to empower them to find a more authentic way of being. She combines counselling modalities with mindfulness practises and body awareness to support clients through the unknown, towards greater understanding and acceptance.
With over 20 years’ experience working in a wide range of industries, including Health and Fitness, Holistic Therapy, hospitality, and customer service, Ewelina has an excellent understanding of how damaging work-related stress can be and the knock-on effect that can have on your physical and mental health. She works with clients holistically to allow them to develop healthier strategies to deal with everyday pressure. As a long-time yoga and breathwork practitioner, Ewelina puts particular emphasis on the body-mind connection and integrates these approaches into her practice. She specialises in anxiety, depression and low self-esteem and is particularly interested in trauma.
Ewelina is an integrative counsellor and a registered student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS counselling service in Lambeth and is in the final year of a Diploma in Integrative Counselling.
