Counselling can help find solutions to feelings of anxiety, low self-esteem, family issues, depression, low mood, along with other mental health diagnosis.

Felicity’s psychodynamic modality and training will encourage you to reflect on patterns of behaviour and significant relationships to better understand emotional responses or any arising conflicts. Her counselling approach aims to build a trusting and collaborative relationship between counsellor and client. She will actively listen and place clients at the heart of sessions with the goal of working towards personal growth, facilitating positive change, and gaining a deeper understanding of self. A core element of her counselling practice is being committed to showing respect and empathy for everyone’s individual circumstances.

Drawing on her background with over 5 years’ experience in wellbeing and mental health settings has enhanced her career and areas of interest as a counsellor. Specific areas of interest are examining attachment patterns and building relational depth in valued relationships and meaningful connections with others.

She holds a diploma in BACP Level 5 diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling (DipHE), CPCAB Certificate in Counselling skills, Diploma in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and a Batchelors Degree in Philosophy. Felicity regularly undertakes professional development courses to enhance her practice and add more diversity to her counselling skills.
