Giancarlo Cristea provides a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where difficult issues and challenges can be safely explored together. He will walk with you on your journey using an integrative approach, drawing on various therapeutic modalities such as Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Transpersonal therapy. He will support you in seeing new perspectives, raising your self-awareness, discovering your strengths to facilitate positive changes, and making sense of your unique life experiences. He believes that everyone is able to overcome their issues and challenges through willingness for change and readiness to take responsibility for their own life. Giancarlo considers the client as the expert in their own lives and that therapy can support clients in developing their self-awareness.

Giancarlo has a background in the hospitality sector and in volunteering for various organisations, focusing on drugs harm reduction, social inclusion for marginalised groups, and human rights.
