Her approach fosters an open and supportive environment where clients can fully express themselves and discover tools for growth and healing. Hannah works from a person-centered approach, emphasizing that clients are the experts of their own lives and possess the inner resources to overcome challenges. Her role as a therapist is to create a safe, accepting, and empathetic environment, enabling clients to explore their feelings without judgment. Hannah strives to build a genuine and supportive therapeutic relationship, fostering deeper self-awareness and empowering clients to trust their ability to find solutions.

Originally from the United States, Hannah has been living in London for the past six years and understands just how difficult and challenging life’s transitions can be. Passionate about mental health and well-being, Hannah’s personal and professional journey has been dedicated to supporting others. Hannah supports a wide range of individuals, including those experiencing anxiety, low mood and depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate their challenges and work toward positive change and greater understanding.

Hannah Nowicki is a counselling psychologist trainee and member of the BACP and BPS. She works within the Awareness Centre’s NHS Counselling Service in Lambeth. Hannah is currently working toward a doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology.
