Jack Brenman recognises that there is no one size fits all solution to helping people who are struggling. He provides a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where clients can open up about difficult issues in their lives or relationships and be truly heard. Together you will explore and try to make sense of your current struggles and work towards finding a way for you to enable positive change in your life.
Jack has always been interested in people and hearing their stories and adopts a relational approach to therapy, always putting the relationship between the two of you at the heart of your work together. With a warmth of character and respect for you as an individual Jack will try to assist in managing the internal and external pressures that we face in the world today. Working with you he will try to identify healthier ways of managing the emotions and stress that bombard us in daily life as well as looking at the underlying causes that drive our reactions.
Jack is currently working towards a masters in psychotherapy and UKCP accreditation. He is an integrative psychotherapist and follows the UKCP ethical code of practice. He works with clients for The Awareness Centre’s NHS counselling service in Tooting.
