John Ahearne delivers a private, confidential and helpful space in which he listens to clients speak about themselves, their feelings and thoughts. His approach in Integrative Therapy combines different modalities according to a client’s need. For John it’s all about the client and what they require to help them. John listens in an empathetic non-judgemental way, believing each client is unique.
John has a work history within a healthcare setting. He is aware of and has experience of many different subjects faced by people and will help clients to look at different ways of thinking about such matters. Whether it be anxiety, anger, relationships, family, transitional life events, John give clients a space to talk confidentially. John believes counselling can change peoples lives.
John is an Integrative counselling practitioner in training. He is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) who subscribes to their Ethical Framework. He works through The Awareness Centre, seeing NHS patients for counselling at a GP surgery in Wandsworth. John is currently studying for his Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Integrative).
