Martina offers warmth, empathy and insights in her therapeutic work enabling clients talk openly without any judgement, supporting them through their journey. She is an integrative counsellor (Psychodynamic, Person Centred and CBT) and empowers clients to make connections between the past and the present, in order to change current behaviour patterns and problems in the present that might come from the past. This is a very client led approach ensuring the best experience and outcome for the client.

Martina seeks to identify healthier ways of managing thoughts, feeling and behaviour in order to foster more positive relationships with people in varying situations and contexts. She has a background in Marketing and Business Development in both corporate firms, and start-ups. She also has experience of running coaching workshops and individual coaching sessions using CBT as well as skilled at working through issues in the workplace.

Martina is a registered student counsellor with the British Association for Counselling Psychotherapy and is studying for her BA(Hons) in Integrative Counselling. She abides by the BACP ethical framework guidelines and principles and works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS Wandsworth Service.
