Using mindfulness and an integrative approach tailored to each individual, Mash helps clients manage anxiety and achieve personal growth. Mash is also well-versed in Gestalt therapy, a holistic approach that views individuals as whole beings rather than in parts. In Gestalt therapy, the focus is on the present moment, encouraging clients to become more aware of their feelings and experiences as they happen. This approach aims to help clients become more authentic and whole.
Mash also works as a Consultant in Public Health, advising local government on promoting healthy behaviours and lifestyles. She has a deep understanding of the intricate connections between physical and mental health, as well as the wider determinants like employment, housing, and relationships that influence overall well-being. Mash is adept at identifying the factors that can lead to unhelpful or damaging coping mechanisms and works diligently to find healthier ways to manage emotions and stress. She specialises in addressing issues related to relationships, workplace issues, long-term health conditions and wellbeing management.
