As an experienced Counsellor, Michelle Qureshi begins her sessions ensuring that you feel comfortable, relaxed and welcomed with her warmth and kindness. She uses an Integrative approach to help her clients gain a greater insight into their problems which leads to their enhanced wellbeing. Michelle understands that we all, at some point, may find life a struggle, reflect on a different future, feel alone, overwhelmed, worried and guilty. This can leave you feeling worried, anxious and down. It can be just at these times when it feels difficult to reach out and ask for help. Counselling in a confidential setting with Michelle will help you work through those barriers.
Meeting once a week for your sessions with Michelle will give you a chance to talk through your worries; think about where you are right now; find out more about yourself and, over time, give you more choices about your future.
Michelle wants to help you reach your goal. She has aided many people through this process and seen them flourish to a more confident, happy and enriched self.
She has experience working with men and women who have suffered from domestic abuse, bereavement, relationship issues, family issues, anger and pain.
Sessions can take place face to face inStreatham, over telephone, Skype or home visits. Michelle offers counselling in English and Urdu.
