Milos Viazanica (he/him) provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which client’s thoughts and issues can be worked through together.  Using Psychodynamic approach, Milos will work with client to identify and explore their feelings, beliefs, thoughts and behavioural patterns as well as relevant aspects of their childhood and relationships. Milos will always follow the client’s preferred pace and allow them to direct the focus of the sessions, based on their specific needs.

Milos decided to become a counsellor after his own positive experience of being a client in long-term therapy, which made lasting changes to how he saw and felt about his life. Milos aims to provide relaxing environment and help his clients develop coping strategies to enhance their mental and emotional well-being. Milos has a particular interest in self-esteem issues, work-related stress and burnout, relationships, and intercultural counselling.

Milos is a trainee counsellor and a student member of BACP. He currently holds a Level 2 & Level 3 Counselling qualification and is currently working towards his second year Level 4 Diploma. He continuously working on improving his counselling skills through Continuing Professional Development scheme. His latest certification includes working with suicide and suicidal thoughts as well as passing Level 7 counselling and coaching certification. Milos works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS counselling service, seeing clients at a Surgery in Lambeth and via Zoom platform and over the phone. Milos offers counselling sessions in Czech and English.
