Natalie encourages a safe, non-judgemental, and trusting space for her clients which helps clients to explore themselves towards empowerment. Within this supportive environment, Natalie encourages individuals to explore their own unfulfilled potential and tap into their authentic selves. Natalie works in a client-centred and integrative way which she tailors to each individual and unique client whilst making her clients feel heard about what may work best for them. As an integrative counsellor, Natalie uses a combination of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, Person-Centred, and Compassion-focused therapies. With an interest in stress, anxiety, self-esteem, and mindfulness, Natalie facilitates a space for clients to identify inner resources which may lead to greater fulfilment.

With a previous career in the corporate world with Learning & development functions, Natalie also has experience as an Occupational Psychologist and as a workplace leadership & emotional resilience coach. Natalie’s experience has given her a passion to help clients look into potential beliefs that limit individuals, as well as workplace related stress and habits. Natalie’s experience also helps to identify behaviour habits and the impact upon physical and mental wellbeing. Natalie has particular interest in self-esteem, self-confidence, positivity, and self reliance.

Natalie is an Integrative counsellor specialising in the Humanistic approach and is currently studying for her Advance Counsellor. She is a student member of the BACP and currently works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS Service in Lambeth.
