Ozlem Kaldi works with her clients in a supportive and attentive way and hopes to help them feel understood. She provides an empathic space for clients to feel secure and to be heard from their own perspective. Ozlem believes that psychotherapy helps clients to focus on who they are, what they want to change and how they could work with this change. She uses an integrative approach, which means that she uses psychodynamic, existential and humanistic approaches according to her clients’ needs. She works with her clients in an open-minded, non-judgemental way.
In the past, Ozlem worked in a special needs school with children who have Profound Multiple Learning Disorder (PMLD), who has low expectancy of life, as well as students who have Autism and challenging behaviour. Ozlem has experience in working with clients with work stress and difficulties. She has a keen interest in helping to reduce stress and improving the psychological well-being of clients with a wide range of mental conditions.
