She works with them to understand and support the clients to identify inner strengths as a means of living a fulfilling, happy life. Working intergratively, Radha’s main approach to counselling is person-centred for anyone who is in discomfort or distress, providing the space and caring necessary to keep them safe and to enable them to talk openly about how they are currently experiencing their lives. Depending on the client and their needs, she may use CBT as a means of identifying patterns in behaviours and mindfulness as a means of calming any forms of anxiety.
With a background working in various office environments, Radha has experiences of workplace conflicts and the pressures that can arise when managing work relationships. She is aware of the negative influences and pressures of daily life that can arise which can lead to damaging coping strategies. She works with the intention of encouraging healthier ways of managing stress and anxiety. Also specialising in depression, low self-esteem and anger issues, she is open to help those in need of support and a non-judgemental, safe space.
Radha is an empathetic, friendly and non-judgemental counsellor who is open and understanding and is hoping to help those who seek support. She is also able to offer therapy in Punjabi and English.
