Working integratively means that Radha draws on different ways of counselling, incorporating different methods, adapting when necessary based on a clients’ needs.

Radha’s main approach to counselling is person-centred for anyone who is feeling distressed, providing the space and care necessary to keep them safe and toenable them to talk freely. She may incorporate CBT as a means of identifying patterns in behaviours and mindfulness to calm any forms of anxiety. A humanistic approach enables her to analyse the client’s life as a whole, incorporating the past, present and future. With a background working in a multitude of office environments, Radha has personally experienced or helped colleagues through workplace conflicts and the pressures that can arise when managing a work/life balance.
