Rayhena Miah

Rayhena hopes to create a safe and compassionate space for all her clients. She wishes to work collaboratively with all her clients and hopes to satisfy client needs as she tailors her counselling approach to suit every client. Rayhena Miah is Passionate about utilising Integrative counselling techniques to empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles. She is a Trainee Counsellor with experience in mental health support as she spent 3 years working in a Mental Health service in East London.

Working with vulnerable individuals she recognised the need and demand for more professional help, and she believes  she has the ability to make a change. Growing up she always wanted to pursue a career in which she aimed to make the world a better place. She believes with the right support and encouragement individuals can really progress and develop in any area of their life.

Rayhena is working towards a Diploma in Integrative Counselling. Rayhena is a counsellor working towards her level 4 Diploma in Counselling, She is a registered member of the BACP and works in the NHS Lambeth counselling service.
