Rebecca Greedharee works with an integrative approach and believes that working in an open, honest and empathic manner enables her clients to understand their deeper issues to develop self-awareness for personal growth. She aims to assist her clients so they can live the life desired and achieve their full potential. Within her integrative approach, Rebecca draws upon different modalities; connecting her client approach to theories and techniques so that they are tailored specifically client needs. She supports clients with a broad range of issues; helping them to make sense of any past or present difficulties and emotions.
Rebecca believes that every client is the expert of their own life and works alongside her clients helping them to process their thoughts and feelings. She offers a safe, compassionate environment providing her clients freedom to talk, share and explore their difficulties without the fear of being judged. This exploration and understanding of feelings provides the opportunity to set and work towards her client’s personal goals, so they achieve their desired change.
Rebecca has been a scientist working with a variety of people for the past 30 years and has developed strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a variety of staff from different backgrounds and business disciplines to achieve their goals. She has provided mentoring support to many colleagues to help them in their personal growth and professional development. Rebecca passionately believes that people seeking change and growth in their lives deserve appropriate support to help them find their way.
Rebecca is currently working towards a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and is a member of BACP. She works for The Awareness Centre supporting NHS clients in Wandsworth.
