Regina Arnold provides a calm, understanding and non-judgmental environment where clients are free to be themselves. They understand the importance of creating a safe and supportive space to enable clients to explore, question, and grow. Regina’s approach is integrative, meaning that they will tailor tools depending on the client’s specific needs. Regina believes the client is the expert in their own lives and thus, much of their client work is based on the person-centred approach. Regina aims at supporting clients in developing their self- awareness and is here to provide tools to help clients navigate their current challenges.
With a background in Human Resources, Regina understands the importance of developing relationships and building personal and professional resilience. Also, Regina has lived in a host of countries including Bermuda, Brazil, Mexico and Spain and thus offers therapy in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Their lived experience has enhanced Regina’s ability to establish an empathic relationship – one where respect and understanding are paramount. Regina has an interest in working with bereavement, relationship and sex issues; specifically, those that are GSRD related.
Regina is an integrative counsellor in training and is a member of COSRT and NCP. They work within The Awareness Centre’s NHS service in Lambeth. Regina has completed a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is now progressing on to a Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy.
