Saba provides a non-judgmental, empathic, and safe space for clients to explore any issues they may wish to bring to the therapeutic space by championing full client autonomy. Saba believes in empowering the client to determine how they wish to use their sessions with in collaboration with them.

Saba works integratively by drawing on several modalities including, CBT, Transaction analysis, psychodynamic and person-centred approaches to name a few. Saba believes in being able to tailor her approach depending on the client’s goals and presenting issues.

Saba studied philosophy and psychology at university and has always been curious about people and how they relate to the world and others. With previous experience in mentoring young people as well as extensive experience in various management roles in luxury retail and customer experience management, Saba understands the pressures of modern life.

Saba believes in helping her clients unlock their potential to find resources to process and manage emotions and feelings in a healthy way. Saba has experience working with generalised anxiety, depression, relationships, workplace issues Saba has a keen interest in working with individual differences and attachment.

Saba is an integrative counsellor and a student member of BACP working towards a diploma in integrative counselling. Saba is currently volunteering at The Awareness Centre working within the Low Cost Service in Clapham.
