Sara provides a listening ear with empathy. She wants to enable and support clients by providing a safe and confidential environment which will allow her clients to talk without being judged. Once the change has been established the client is potentially able to work towards how they wish to make the changes. Sara’s approach is integrative which means that she listens to her clients, and believes they are best placed to know what is right for them and how to achieve this. She believes that each person is unique and works collaboratively with her clients.

Sara’s background is within learning and development mainly in the corporate world. She has spent her career facilitating change for people who have wanted to make different choices in their lives. She understands the stresses and strains that people can live under, and particularly more recently with the many challenges that people face. Sara has always had an interest in the mental health and wellbeing of people.
