Sarah holds a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can be truly seen and heard for who they are and provides a safe environment to explore difficult and distressing feelings. She believes that every client is unique and offers a bespoke approach to each, which draws from many different therapeutic modalities particularly Person-Centred, to assist clients with past and/or present pains and difficulties. Sarah believes therapy can also assist clients to live a more satisfying life by helping to fulfil their potential and discover their best selves and she works collaboratively to help them find meaning, solace, peace and understanding, recognising how important it is to have someone on your side.

With a diverse background in Music, Acting and Law, Sarah has over thirty years of lived experience, and understands how panic, trauma, stress, anger, hopelessness, depression, and anxiety can lead to unhelpful or damaging coping strategies which have debilitating effects on our minds and bodies, and she works to identify healthier ways of managing emotions. In her work as a Sexual Violence Helpline Volunteer with the Women and Girls Network, Sarah also has experience supporting survivors of abuse and violence and has a special interest in a trauma-informed therapeutic approach where appropriate.

Sarah is an integrative counsellor and registered with the BACP. She works with clients within the NHS in Lambeth and is working towards an advanced diploma in integrative counselling
