Steve Henfrey – Diploma Tutor

Steve Henfrey is a tutor for the TAC Diploma in Integrative Counselling. He is a Solution focused practitioner with over 30 years’ experience of working in relational occupations and is a member of BACP.

Steve is a well-respected and highly skilled facilitator and coach with extensive experience providing learner-centred training and consultancy services. He works with organisations to build customer focus, train/develop people and facilitate a positive culture. He has led diverse teams of professionals in training and learning design interventions, and facilitated training programmes in partnership with broad-ranging groups of stakeholders and is committed to providing clients with an opportunity to learn, develop skills and achieve their full potential.

He has worked with multicultural groups in England, Spain, France and South America in the public, private and non-governmental sectors.

Steve’s style of teaching is both dynamic and participative, promoting a stress free training experience where students can feel comfortable interacting with the tutor and their peers; and designed to challenge and encourage students to acquire practical, hands-on skills to enhance their workplace performance. Students are encouraged to share their own experiences during the workshops to promote their participation and learning as much as possible. Steve uses real-life examples and refers to current best practice throughout the training.
