Sue Bell is interested in hearing about people’s life stories and finding practical ways forward in partnership with her clients. With her person-centred approach to counselling, she is able to provide a warm and safe space, where she provides the core conditions of non-judgement, genuineness and empathy as she develops a trusting therapeutic relationship. Creating a welcoming and safe environment is vital for Sue’s practice as it provides each client with the opportunity to explore their individual paths. Sue has experience with the emotional issues around finances as well as living and working in collaboration with others. Sue believes that life can be full of challenges and opportunities at present – we need to find support to find new ways of living together.
Prior to training towards becoming a psychotherapist Sue has worked across a number of sectors including Health, Education and Finance, where she gained experience in both private and public contexts. This has continued to develop into a portfolio of work to support personal, professional, community and organisational development. Sue assists her clients in finding those things they value in their life and develop the way they want to live. She is committed to accompanying her clients in learning about themselves and experiencing growth on their way.
