Temi Peters is an integrative therapist who aims to provide adaptable and flexible therapy blended to fit the specific needs of the client. With a strong basis on the person centred approach, Temi hopes to provide a safe space for clients to open up and processes their own thoughts and emotions with undivided attention, a space where clients can be met with empathy and no judgement. She hopes to provide a positive environment for empowerment, self-development and actualisation. Temi will be working with her clients to identify and tap into their inner resources, so that they can experience a fuller and more satisfying life.
With a background in Customer services and Quality Management, Temi brings a wealth of people’s skills and conflict resolution. She is aware of how the everyday internal and external pressures of life can affect the individual and how their responses and coping mechanisms may cause more damage than good. She strives to assist in identifying these factors to encourage a healthier and sustainable approach to managing the stress and anxiety of life. Most importantly, she works to ensure that her clients feel that they have been heard and completely understood.
Temi is working towards an MA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and is a member of the BACP. She currently works with NHS patients at a GP surgery in Lambeth.
