Dr Saunders understands how daunting it can feel to take the initial steps towards therapy. Creating a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where you can talk freely and openly about your experience is therefore at the core of her approach. Dr Saunders believes it is through the development of this trusting therapeutic relationship where you can find new insight and opportunity to identify and move towards the changes that you want to make.

Having worked for the last 10 years across London in both the NHS and third sector, providing mental health support for people from many different backgrounds and life experiences, Dr Saunders is committed to providing a person-centred, flexible and collaborative, that focuses on your strengths and skills to help you overcome challenges that you are facing and work towards holistic wellbeing.

Dr Saunders draws on a range of different therapeutic approaches. Her main therapeutic approach is compassion focused therapy, however she also draws on approaches including, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, psychodynamic therapy and mentalisation based treatment.

Dr Saunders is a chartered clinical psychologist registered with the HCPC. She completed her BSc degree in Psychology at the University of Liverpool and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway University.

Therapy is often financially inaccessible for people and so I offer a sliding scale of fees. The fees range from £70-130 for face-to-face sessions and £65-120 for online sessions depending on household income.
