With a diverse background spanning healthcare assistance and holistic practices, Veronica brings a unique perspective to her role as a therapist. Having worked closely with children struggling with eating disorders as a healthcare assistant, she gained invaluable insights into the complexities of mental health and the importance of holistic well-being. Transitioning to a role as a yoga and meditation teacher for adults, Veronica honed her skills in fostering mindfulness and self-awareness, recognizing the profound impact of mind-body connection on overall wellness. Drawing from these experiences, Veronica specializes in areas such as eating disorders, mindfulness-based therapy, and holistic approaches to mental health. Her journey from healthcare assistance to holistic practices deeply influences her therapeutic approach, emphasising the integration of mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. She also specialises in anxiety, depression and sex issues.

Veronica is a trainee psychotherapist with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Psychology. Currently in training for counselling and psychotherapy, she is working towards her Relationship and Psychosexual Diploma. Veronica is a member of COSRT and works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS Lambeth counselling service.
