Zafu Abera is a transpersonal trainee psychotherapist, who brings an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on various schools of thought such as; Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural, and Humanistic. Therapy provides an empathetic and non-judgemental space to do so.

Zafu brings her humanity, experience, and skill to facilitate the exploration of your thoughts and beliefs to regain clarity and resolution. She provides a welcoming and graceful space for you to use the session as you need. Working foremost to build a trusting relationship wherein you feel both understood and accepted. Furthermore, her style is to ensure that a tailored approach is given to each client, taking care to ensure that each client’s needs are being met in therapy.

Additionally, Zafu has experience in assisting clients through feelings of shame, loneliness, suicidal ideation, depression and stress. Zafu’s professional experience in IT, means she understands the challenges that can arise in the workplace and how these can be influenced from our own internal messages.
