Patrizia Vadalà – Course Supervisor

Patrizia Vadalà is a Clinical Supervisor for the TAC Diploma in Integrative Counselling. Patrizia is a lead tutor for on our Foundation counselling course and a tutor on the Diploma teaching Gestalt.

Patrizia is a fully qualified Gestalt Integrative Counsellor, accredited by the Italian Gestalt Centre, and a Psycho-Pedagogic Body Movement Practitioner. This method emphasises the somatic experience to enhance self-awareness. She is also a registered member of the BACP and holds accreditation with the CNCP (National Council for Professional Counsellors).

With a wealth of experience working across NHS England, charities, and educational settings, Patrizia has supported clients, supervisees, and trainees from diverse cultural, ethnic, and LGBTQ+ backgrounds. She deeply values the role that culture and ethnicity play in an individual’s well-being.

As a Clinical Supervisor, Patrizia is committed to creating a safe, nurturing space where supervisees can explore their work with creativity and intuition and ultimately fostering “positive vulnerability”.

Her supervisory approach is both egalitarian and collaborative, respecting the supervisee’s sense and insights into their clients while offering a secure, supportive environment for professional growth and self-reflection.
