Sara Vida is a Clinical Receptionist at The Awareness Centre and a trainee integrative counsellor registered with the BACP. She is currently completing her Diploma in Integrative Counselling and brings over 14 years of experience in health and social care, giving her a deep understanding of the emotional and relational difficulties people can face.
