About The Awareness Centre Training School

The Awareness Centre Training School opened in 2020 to deliver counselling and supervision training and equip students with the skills and clinical experience they need to succeed in their careers as counsellors, therapists and clinical supervisors.

The school, with the support of our team of highly experienced tutors, offers a complete professional journey to becoming a qualified therapist, from our level 3 equivalent Foundation Certificate to our BACP accredited, level 4/5 equivalent Diploma in Integrative Counselling. We also offer a Diploma in Clinical Supervision for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists.

As part of our commitment to supporting students throughout their training journey, we offer in-house placements for students enrolled on both diploma programmes. Students undertaking the Diploma in Integrative Counselling can access our in-house counselling placement to gain the required client hours, while students on our Diploma in Clinical Supervision have the opportunity to undertake a supervision placement to develop and evidence their supervisory practice. These placements provide valuable real-world experience within a professional and supportive environment, helping students build the confidence, skills and competencies required.
