The Awareness Centre Training School opened in 2020 to deliver counselling and supervision training and equip students with the skills and clinical experience they need to succeed in their careers as counsellors, therapists and clinical supervisors.
The school, with the support of our team of highly experienced tutors, offers a complete professional journey to becoming a qualified therapist, from our level 3 equivalent Foundation Certificate to our BACP accredited, level 5 equivalent Diploma in Integrative Counselling. We also offer a Diploma in Clinical Supervision for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. In addition, we are able to provide clinical experience through our counselling placement .
Our Counselling Courses
Foundation Certificate in Counselling
Equivalent to a Level 3
Your first steps towards becoming a counsellor, this part-time course introduces a diverse range of models and approaches to counselling and develops self-awareness and communication skills.
Diploma in Integrative Counselling
BACP Accredited Course. Equivalent to a Level 5
Our BACP Accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling is a part-time course for students who have completed a foundation certificate in counselling and want to qualify as a professional counsellor.
Diploma in Clinical Supervision
Equivalent to a Level 6
The Diploma in Clinical Supervision is a comprehensive part-time training to equip you with the concepts, confidence and skills you need to qualify as a clinical supervisor and align you with the BACP competence framework for supervision.
