Adelina Borodulina is a trainee Integrative Counsellor working towards a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and is a registered member of the BACP. Adelina works from an integrative approach, tailoring her way of working to meet the unique needs of each client rather than relying on one fixed therapeutic model. Her training enables her to draw on a range of therapeutic perspectives to support clients in a way that feels collaborative, responsive and appropriate to their individual circumstances.

Adelina offers a warm, non-judgemental space where clients can slow down, reflect, and explore what may be happening beneath the surface of their everyday experience. She sees the therapeutic relationship as central to counselling and aims to help clients feel heard, respected and emotionally safe. She believes that meaningful change begins when people feel able to explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. Her integrative approach allows her to respond flexibly to each person’s needs, creating a therapeutic experience that is shaped by the client rather than by a predetermined method. Adelina is particularly interested in supporting clients who are questioning their direction in life or longing to live in a way that feels more meaningful and authentic. She works alongside clients to help them develop greater self-understanding and reconnect with what matters most to them, supporting them in building a life that feels more grounded, honest and aligned with who they are.

Before training as a counsellor, Adelina worked as a life coach, supporting people through periods of change and helping them gain a clearer sense of direction. This experience deepened her interest in emotional life, self-understanding, and the ways in which people can feel inwardly stuck even when they appear to be coping on the outside. She also worked in the corporate IT sector, giving her first-hand insight into the pressures of workplace culture, including stress, high expectations, self-doubt, and the emotional impact of feeling disconnected from one’s work or sense of purpose. Together, these experiences continue to shape her work and her interest in supporting people who are navigating questions of growth, identity, meaning and direction, helping them to make greater sense of themselves and move towards a more fulfilling and authentic way of living
