Launching in October 2026, our Low Cost Clinical Supervision Service offers qualified counsellors and psychotherapists the opportunity to receive professional supervision at an affordable rate from trainee supervisors completing our highly respected Diploma in Clinical Supervision.
This service provides therapists with high-quality, reflective supervision while supporting the next generation of clinical supervisors as they develop their practice under the guidance of experienced supervision tutors. Delivered online, in person, or in a hybrid format, the service is accessible to therapists wherever they are in the UK.

Why choose our Low Cost Clinical Supervision Service?
All supervisors on this service are:
- Qualified counsellors and/or psychotherapists.
- Registered or accredited with a recognised professional body, including BACP, UKCP or NCPS.
- Experienced practitioners who have already established themselves as therapists.
- Undertaking our eight-month Diploma in Clinical Supervision to develop advanced supervisory skills.
- Receiving ongoing training, teaching and support throughout their placement.

Flexible sessions
Supervision is delivered online, in person, or in a hybrid format, making it accessible wherever you are in the UK.
Following your initial session, you’ll continue working with the same supervisor, allowing you to build a consistent and supportive supervisory relationship throughout your placement.
We recommend meeting with your supervisor at least once a month, although the frequency should reflect your professional body’s requirements and your clinical workload.
Fees
Our Low Cost Clinical Supervision Service is available for £35 per 60 minute supervision session. Cancellation terms apply.
Your first £35 session is booked and paid for through The Awareness Centre. Subsequent sessions are arranged and paid for directly with your supervisor at the same £35 rate for the duration of their placement.

Supervision you can trust
Clinical supervision is an essential part of safe and ethical therapeutic practice. It provides a dedicated space to reflect on client work, explore clinical challenges, develop professionally and maintain good practice.
Our trainee supervisors are supported throughout their training and are developing their supervision skills in line with recognised professional standards. During their placement they are encouraged to integrate current supervision theory with practical experience, providing a reflective and collaborative supervisory relationship.

This service is suitable for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists working with adult clients aged 18 and over who are looking for:

Continue beyond the placement
Many supervisory relationships continue long after the placement has ended.
Once your supervisor has successfully completed the Diploma in Clinical Supervision, you may choose to continue working together privately under a new supervision agreement. Please note that supervision fees may change once the placement has been completed.
