Ben Williams – NHS Team Leader Lambeth

Ben is an integrative counsellor and an individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). He has experience working across the NHS, the charity sector supporting refugees, long-term counselling and group-work settings.

In his role as an NHS Team Leader in Lambeth, Ben supports placement colleagues, providing training and operational support. As an integrative counsellor, Ben works flexibly, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of each client.

His work is collaborative and responsive, shaped by the belief that therapy is most effective when it is tailored to the person rather than a single model.
