Denise is an integrative psychodynamic therapist offering a warm, empathic, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, valued, and understood. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship forms the foundation for meaningful and lasting change, allowing growth to develop organically at the client’s pace. Denise is committed to providing a culturally attuned, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences safely and without judgement.

For over twenty-five years, Denise has worked with diverse communities across the globe, developing strong interpersonal and communication skills grounded in cultural compassion, inclusivity, and equity. She has volunteered in various capacities with the National Health Service (NHS) and has mentored secondary school students, supporting their mental health and wellbeing.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Denise works in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. She embeds its values and principles into her therapeutic practice, placing the client’s wellbeing at the centre of her work. Denise is currently completing her vocational studies: Level 5 CPCAB in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
