Enrico Cocchi
Enrico Cocchi provides an empathetic, supportive space where clients can open up and feel seen and heard for who they truly are. He works with them to identify and draw on their inner resources to live a fuller, more satisfying life. He believes that you have the resources to help you succeed in life. Therapy can be a space to unlock your inner resources and to make sense of what is happening in your life. Working integratively, Enrico might use a psychodynamic approach to help you understand how the past is impacting your present, Transactional Analysis to help clients manage their relationships in a healthier way, and a solution-focussed approach to support you with leveraging what is already working well. His approach is tailored to the individual client, so that we can find what best works for you.
With a background in consulting, investment banking, local government and HR, Enrico has an interest and experience in workplace issues and conflict resolution. He understands the internal and external pressures people can put on themselves, which can lead to unhelpful or damaging coping strategies. He also specialises in anxiety, depression, relationships, and has a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ individuals. He can work in English, Italian, French and Spanish. Having lived in 5 countries, Enrico can empathise with the experience of living in another country, with the challenges and opportunities which that entails.
Enrico is an integrative counsellor and is registered with the BACP. He works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS Service in Lambeth. Enrico is currently working towards a diploma in integrative counselling.
