Natalia Dybinska
Natalia Dybinska is a trainee integrative counsellor, a registered student member of the BACP, and is currently working towards a Level 5 qualification in Integrative Counselling at The Awareness Centre. She works within The NHS Talking Therapy Services in Lambeth as part of her clinical training. Natalia holds an MSc in Psychology (Conversion), a BSc in Criminology, and a Level 5 Diploma in Coaching. Her academic background and counselling training provide her with a strong theoretical foundation, which she applies thoughtfully in her clinical work.
Natalia offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. She believes that each individual is unique and therefore tailors her approach to suit the specific needs and preferences of each client. Working integratively, Natalia draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Gestalt therapy, person-centred therapy, Transactional Analysis, and solution-focused approaches. She works collaboratively with clients, supporting them in developing self-awareness, understanding patterns in their behaviour and relationships, and finding practical ways to move forward. Natalia empowers clients to draw on their own strengths and inner resources and is also able to offer therapy in both English and Polish.
Before training as a counsellor, Natalia worked in human resources and as a coach, which informs her understanding of workplace dynamics, professional pressures, and personal development. This background enhances her ability to support clients experiencing work-related stress, career challenges, and issues around confidence and identity. She has a particular interest in working with anxiety, depression, and stress-related difficulties, supporting clients to find healthier ways of coping and improving their overall wellbeing. Natalia is committed to ongoing personal and professional development and aims to provide a safe and reflective space where clients can feel supported in creating meaningful change.
