Natalia Dybinska is a trainee integrative counsellor currently training within an NHS setting. She is registered as a student member with the BACP and is working towards a Level 5 qualification in Integrative Counselling at The Awareness Centre. Natalia holds an MSc in Psychology (Conversion), a BSc in Criminology, and a Level 5 Diploma in Coaching. Her training and academic background provide her with a strong theoretical foundation, which she applies thoughtfully in her clinical work. As an integrative practitioner, she draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Gestalt therapy, person-centred therapy, transactional analysis, and solution-focused approaches, allowing her to work flexibly and responsively with clients.

Natalia offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. She believes that each individual is unique, and therefore tailors her approach to suit the specific needs and preferences of each client. By integrating different therapeutic models, she supports clients in developing self-awareness, understanding patterns in their behaviour and relationships, and finding practical ways to move forward. Natalia works collaboratively, empowering clients to draw on their own strengths and inner resources. She is also able to offer therapy in both English and Polish, making her practice accessible to a wider range of clients.

Before training as a counsellor, Natalia worked in human resources and as a coach, which informs her understanding of workplace dynamics, professional pressures, and personal development. This background enhances her ability to support clients experiencing work-related stress, career challenges, and issues around confidence and identity. She has a particular interest in working with anxiety, depression, and stress-related difficulties, and is committed to helping clients find healthier ways of coping and improving their overall wellbeing. Natalia is dedicated to ongoing personal and professional development and aims to provide a safe and reflective space for meaningful change.
