Natalia Vartapetova offers a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences safely and confidentially. Her integrative approach is grounded in person-centred values, and she thoughtfully incorporates elements from existential, psychodynamic, transactional analysis, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Natalia works collaboratively with clients to support them in navigating a range of challenges including anxiety, stress, self-esteem, communication, and relationship difficulties. She is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their values and make meaningful life changes. Her approach is client-led and focused on fostering greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being.

With a multicultural background and lived experience across different countries, Natalia brings a sensitive, culturally informed perspective to her practice. She has particular experience working with migrants, refugees, and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, as well as those undergoing major life transitions or facing workplace challenges. Natalia also draws on over 20 years of professional experience in the cultural and creative industries, and has a special interest in supporting clients from the creative sector and women navigating complex personal or professional changes.

Natalia is an integrative counsellor providing therapy with The Awareness Centre as part of the NHS Lambeth service. She is currently studying towards a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Coaching, and is a registered member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
