Natasha-Rae Adams
Natasha-Rae Adams is a fully qualified Integrative Therapist & Counsellor, working in private practice at The Awareness Centre in Tooting. She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means that she adheres to the BACP’s ethical framework, therefore ethical principles, values and good practice standards are at the core of her practice.
As an Integrative Therapist, Natasha often utilises many different ways of working with clients, although most importantly, recognises the significance of the relationship between client and therapist in facilitating growth and healing. Therapy has the capacity to be as unique as the individuals who seek it. Natasha does not operate with a ‘one size fits all’ approach and whilst she draw upon her knowledge of research and contemporary therapeutic studies, she does not attempt to manipulate and squeeze clients into said models. Natasha always aims to truly see the person in the therapeutic space.
Natasha has worked with many experiences and types of people in the therapeutic space. She strives to recognise each individual’s wholeness and doesn’t believe in reducing people to one aspect of their being. Natasha also has additional training in Miscarriage & Infant Loss, in addition to Trauma Treatment.
