Oriana Scalzulli – NHS Team Leader Lambeth

Oriana Scalzulli is a Team Leader for NHS Lambeth at The Awareness Centre. Within her role, Oriana offers training and guidance to a team of therapists that deliver short-term counselling to adult NHS clients within the borough of Lambeth. She is passionate about supporting therapists within their growth and learning, thus contributing to providing clients with the best possible service. She acts as a liaison between our Lambeth therapists and our stakeholders in the delivery of the service provision.

With a background in International Studies and Social Anthropology, Oriana has always been interested in the role of social and cultural factors in an individual’s life which she brings to her own therapeutic work.  She is a fully qualified Gestalt Psychotherapeutic counsellor and a registered member of BACP.

Oriana is currently working towards a MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy. Her experience includes offering counselling and psychotherapy both on a short-term and open-ended basis, with a particular interest in existential themes, trauma and life transitions.
