
Sara Hope – Clinical Supervisor
Sara is an Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor who is an Accredited Member of the BACP and holds a Diploma in Trauma Therapy. Her main modalities are psychodynamic and humanistic, and she can draw on shorter term solution-focused approaches. She has a particular interest in trauma work and bereavement therapy.
Sara has extensive experience of working within the NHS, including the IAPT Service, where she held the role of Lead Counsellor for a number of years, and she currently works as a Senior Counsellor in a London Prison, counselling male prisoners and co-facilitating workshops. Sara has also worked for a local Hospice and Bereavement Service, and for low cost and charitable organisations. She also runs a successful private practice.
In her supervision work, Sara provides a supportive, non-judgemental, collaborative space that encourages curiosity and reflection in the exploration of client work, professional learning and personal growth.
