Sarah Craddock is a qualified person-centred counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She works in private practice at The Awareness Centre in Tooting.  She offers compassionate, confidential support to adults and young people navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Sarah specialises in helping clients work through relationship difficulties whether with partners, friends, or family as well as issues related to anxiety, depression and addiction, including alcohol, drug use, work and shopping.

Sarah believes therapy is a collaborative journey. She works alongside her clients to explore thoughts, emotions, and life experiences, helping them build greater self-awareness, resilience, and personal strength. Her approach is rooted in kindness, empathy, and patience; qualities she sees as essential for building trust and connection in the therapeutic relationship. Sarah welcomes clients from all backgrounds and identities. She is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive environment where every individual feels heard, valued, and supported in their journey toward emotional and personal growth.

Having personal experience with the challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals, Sarah is passionate about supporting both adult and young people in embracing life’s turning points. She helps clients process emotions to manage challenges in family, relationships, education, and work with confidence and clarity.  Sarah is also deeply committed to supporting the emotional wellbeing of young people. She has worked as a counsellor in a London secondary school and understands the pressures and complexities young people face today. She provides a safe, non-judgemental space where they can express themselves freely and begin to build confidence, resilience, and emotional insight.
