Sasha Artamonova
Alexandrina (Sasha) Artamonova aims to create a space in which all things can be discussed in a safe and inclusive way. The core of Sasha’s therapy is based around trusting relationship which are built throughout time in therapy. Sasha trusts that everyone holds the answers for themselves and believes that we as individuals are the experts on our own lives. Sasha is practicing an integrative humanistic model, and tailors her style of working depending on the needs of the clients. She uses a range of therapeutic approaches with clients including Person-Centered Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt. Working in an empathic and collaborative way Sasha will help you to explore areas of your life, of yourself and your experiences to enable you to become more self-aware and open to different experience life has to offer.
With an extensive background in Human Resources in corporate environment Sasha understands the internal and external pressures people can go through and its possible effect on personal and professional life, as well as on mental health. She has experience of working with adults of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
Alexandrina (Sasha) Artamonova is a trainee Psychotherapist, currently working towards Masters degree in Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy. Sasha is a Student Member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and abides by their professional code of ethics. Sasha works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS Lambeth service.
