ShediYah HatNebMaoo is an integrative counsellor who offers a safe, compassionate, and
reflective therapeutic space for individuals facing emotional, relational, and life challenges.
ShediYah understands that reaching out to a counsellor can feel daunting, and that many
people live with mental health difficulties, personal cises, or relationship stuggles for far
longer than is healthy. While f iends and loved ones can offer suppot, there often comes a
point when deeper, professional guidance is needed. Taking that step to seek counselling is,
in itself, a meaningful movement toward change and healing.
ShediYah creates an environment where clients feel intuitively inspired, grounded, and safe
enough to explore life’s complexities. Within this sacred and suppotive setting, clients are
invited on a jouney of self-discovey, reflection, and personal empowement. ShediYah’s
work encourages clients to open up new possibilities for their lives, honouing the
uniqueness of each person’s path.
ShediYah’s practice is rooted in creativity, compassion, and a holistic understanding of
wellbeing. ShediYah weaves together Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Transpersonal
approaches, offeing a sensitive and integrative style of counselling. This allows space for
both emotional healing and spi itual growth, recognising the whole person rather than just
the presenting issue.
ShediYah works with a range of concens, including substance and alcohol addiction, and the
often hidden impact this can have on families. ShediYah also suppots clients expeiencing
trauma, anger management difficulties, bereavement and loss, major life transitions, and
workplace-related issues. Her approach is gentle, reflective, and empoweing, suppoting
clients to restore balance, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change.
